Five days riding through 2,500 acres of Cumbrian woodland and fell country from a Georgian farmhouse on the edge of the Lake District.
Based at Witherslack Hall''s 18th-century farmhouse on the edge of the Lake District, this five-day package covers some of the finest riding country in the north of England. The estate runs to 2,500 acres of semi-natural woodland, the largest in Cumbria, opening onto fell country and quiet lanes that rarely see traffic. Each day follows a different route from the same base, typically five to six hours in the saddle with a pub or packed lunch en route. A BHSAI instructor is on site throughout. Accommodation is B&B in the farmhouse or the twelve-bed bunkhouse for groups. Children''s camps and intensive training weeks are available separately through the season.
