About this yard

Croft End Equestrian Centre is a family-run establishment in Oldham and stands among an elite national group: one of only 18 riding centres in the UK to receive the top Outstanding High Performance stamp under the BHS inspection regime. It holds both BHS and ABRS approval as a riding school, livery yard, and training centre, with over 60 horses in its modern stable block and instructors qualified to teach all levels. The infrastructure is exceptional for the region: a fully floodlit 20×40m indoor arena with state-of-the-art sand and fibre mix surface, a large 35×65m outdoor arena, a spectator viewing gallery, a mechanical horse simulator, dedicated classrooms, and an on-site cafe. Beyond leisure riding, the school delivers the Certificate in Equine Care and the Diploma in Equine Management alongside formal BHS stage training and exams.
